Pyrex and SDII are well known as a material that can do anode conjugation with semiconductor silicon. but, we introduce "Hα-43", our product, that has more superior quality than Pyrex and SDII Crystallized glass is a glass that the original special composed glass be done re-heat processes and be educed uniformity a lot of minute crystal.
This Hα-43 is approximated to silicon's coefficient of thermal expansion. It is used widely from automobile to electrical products as a basis for pressure sensor pedestal of semiconductor.
Features
High mechanical Strength
As Hα-43 is ceramics, micro-cracks which caused its surface at processing does not advanced beyond the inner crystal particle.
Pyrex and SDII don't have such mechanism. Therefore its cracks advances no limit.
High stability against heat
Hα-43 has about 1000°C. of heat-stability. and this is superiority to a glass whose heat-stability is 1000°C.
